Privacy Policy

N4 Cyber Advisory, LLC
Effective date: October 9, 2026

N4 Cyber Advisory, LLC (“N4,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes information handling associated with our website and related inquiries. Client engagements may include additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.

Website information and communications

This website is informational. It has no submission forms or user accounts. N4 does not request personal information through website forms or maintain a website customer database.

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), automatically stores technical access logs about website requests, which may include IP addresses and request details, to support hosting, operations, and security. AWS states that Amplify access logs are retained until the hosted application is deleted.

The current website does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.

If you contact N4 by email or telephone, we receive the information you voluntarily provide. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services. Subsequent client information is handled under the applicable engagement terms.

Sharing and confidentiality

We do not sell or rent personal information or customer data.

We do not disclose customer information or data to outside counsel, referral partners, or other independent third parties without the customer’s prior written approval, except when disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

Service providers supporting our operations, such as website hosting and email providers, may process information needed to provide those services. This operational processing is distinct from a referral or disclosure for a third party’s independent use.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services (AWS): N4 uses Amplify for website hosting, Route 53 for domain name services, S3 for cloud storage, and Key Management Service (KMS) for encryption key management. Depending on the service and how it is used, AWS may process website request and DNS information, stored information, and operational or security metadata.

Microsoft 365: N4 uses Exchange Online for business email, Microsoft Defender for security and threat protection, SharePoint and OneDrive for document storage and sharing, and Teams for communications and collaboration. These services may process contact details, email and attachments, documents, meeting or chat content, and related operational or security information.

These providers process information needed to deliver their services under applicable service terms and data protection arrangements. Operational processing is separate from sharing customer information with referral partners for their independent use. N4 obtains prior written approval before sharing customer information for a referral, except where disclosure is legally required. Client engagements may specify additional requirements for approved providers and handling client information.

Legal and law enforcement requests

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, a court order, subpoena, or other legally binding process. We review such requests and limit disclosure to what is required. Where legally permitted, we will notify the affected customer before disclosing their information.

Referrals

N4 may offer introductions to independent legal or technology providers. We obtain prior written approval before sharing customer information for an introduction. Any subsequent engagement is directly between the customer and the provider and is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information entrusted to us. No system or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

Information received through inquiries or client engagements is retained only as reasonably necessary for its intended purpose, applicable agreements, and legal or recordkeeping requirements.

Please do not send passwords, controlled unclassified information, or other sensitive or confidential materials through an initial email inquiry. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method of exchange.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided directly to N4. We will respond consistent with applicable law and any contractual or recordkeeping obligations.
